Christen fell in love with the birth world after giving birth to her son in 2019. She brings years of expertise as a mental health professional, which she incorporates into caring for families postpartum.

 

She feels passionate about full-body recovery after birth and focuses on healing the mental, emotional, and spiritual, in addition to, the physical body.

Christen has a wealth of knowledge and shares some of that with her Postpartum Doula Clients.
