With over 5 years of experience nurturing families through the birth and postpartum period, she is dedicated to providing compassionate care, advocacy, and evidence-based practices. Abbey draws on her expertise in gentle sleep guidance and newborn care to collaborate closely with each family, developing tailored plans to support their postpartum goals.

Abbey's passion for helping others extends beyond her work as a doula. She is currently a student at the VCU School of Social Work, where she is expanding her skills to better serve her community. Her commitment to social work is a natural extension of her lifelong dedication to improving the lives of others, particularly in the nonprofit field where she also volunteers her time. When she’s not working or studying, Abbey cherishes spending quality time with her daughter and their playful puppy, enjoying the simple pleasures of family life.
